Please enter an Invoice#:	The Invoice number appears on the invoice or statement that was sent to the 'Billing Contact.' The invoice number is preceded by the letter 'R.'

Please enter the Alias:	Enter the first 5 characters of the entity’s name as it appears on the invoice or statement. Do not include spaces, punctuation or special characters. Eg. for "A.B. & C. Corp." enter ABCCO.
